Villa a 'good addition' at Mattawa PD

MATTAWA — Edgar Villa is the newest officer on the force at the Mattawa Police Department. Villa was sworn in at the Jan. 19 Mattawa City Council meeting, introduced by MPD Chief Robert Salinas.
