Cari Cortez is the Moses Lake housing and grants coordinator. Her role is to work to ensure the city has housing options for all of its residents and to work to help mitigate the problem of homelessness in the community. That work involves applying for grants, managing programs for those facing homelessness and working with community leaders to find solutions to the housing challenges the city is facing.
