Joyce Mulliken

A devout public servant and interpreter for the deaf, Senator Joyce (Curtis) Mulliken’s love and impact on those around her did not come to an end with her death. On June 26, 2021, Joyce passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at 75 in Gilbert, Arizona.
