Longtime Moses Lake resident Ray Groff passed away on Dec. 1, 2018. He was born in Oklahoma, with his family finally settling in Boise Valley, where he met and married the love of his life, Agnes Phelps. They celebrated 70 years of marriage this past September. They raised two sons and one daughter here in Moses Lake.
