Police: 12 protesters in Louisville arrested, charged

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Twelve protesters in Kentucky's largest city were arrested Saturday night after they blocked roadways, surrounded vehicles, shot paintballs and destroyed property, police said.
