Pet of the week: Helena

Print Article

Anders and I came to the shelter on June 24 when our owner’s health declined and she could no longer care for us. Anders has already been adopted but I am still looking for my new home. I get along with just about any other dog I have seen but I sometimes chase kitties if they aren’t dog-savvy. I’m housebroken, quiet and sweet though I’m a bit shy when I am meeting you for the first time. Once I get to know you I will stay by your side and want as many get cuddles and pets as I can get. Come meet me and give me a chance to win you over!

I am spayed, up-to-date on my shots and micro-chipped. You can also get 30 days of accident/illness insurance through the microchip company. I can’t wait to show you how much love I have to give!
