A Quincy resident was arrested Thursday after admitting to defecating in the Knolls Vista Elementary School baseball field dugout in broad daylight, according to law enforcement.

The Moses Lake school called police around 1 p.m. Thursday afternoon to report that Efrain Adame Madrid, 25, had defecated on campus while school was still in session.

Madrid admitted the act to responding officers after being read his Miranda rights, and he was booked on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court after a violation of a no contact order. -- Staff Report
