MOSES LAKE — It’s time for annual Moses Lake Business Expo again.

The event, which is designed to showcase area businesses, is organized by the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce and will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 15, in the Commercial Building of the Grant County Fairgrounds from 4 to 7 p.m.

Debbie Doran-Martinez, the executive director of the Moses Lake Chamber of Commerce, called the expo “a great opportunity to become familiar with all the products and services offered in our community.”

This year’s theme is “Mardi Gras Madness,” and the expo’s premier sponsor is Horizon Credit Union, though other sponsors include Signs Now, Inland Cellular, Samaritan Healthcare, KDRM/KBSN Radio and Ten Pin Brewery. However, all of this year’s display booths have been sold out, according to the chamber.

According to Lori Robins, marketing director for the chamber, the grand prizes in the scavenger hunt will be a wireless/waterproof speaker, an Amazon Firestick and a USB drive that also plugs into a cell phone.

Other prizes include an Amazon Dot smart speaker, gift baskets, and a free night at one of local hotelier Molitor Management’s several Moses Lake hotels.

“Every business usually has a sweet giveaway,” Robins said.

Admission is free and open to the public.
