Shea Budlong was driving south in the 24300 block of Pinto Ridge Road Northeast when his vehicle left the road to the west, traveled down an embankment and rolled over. Budlong was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the sheriff’s office, and he was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene.

Budlong’s body is currently being held by the county coroner, and his family has been notified, the sheriff’s office said.
