Notice of Application - Date of Notice: March 19, 2019 Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development Permit) Application was received by Grant County on March 13, 2019 from Chris Overland, Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District (Designated Contact: Ryan Walker, Grette Associates, LLC, 151 South Worthen Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801 and was found to be technically complete on March 14, 2019. PROJECT: The project is proposing to install a covered picnic shelter (on a 27' x 40' concrete pad) and an attached outdoor concrete barbeque area (10'x 37'). This proposal includes excavation of approximately 1,887 square feet of lawn-grass for the footprint of the concrete pads. LOCATION: The project is located at 6671 McConihe Road NE on Moses Lake in Moses Lake, WA 98837. The parcel is Tax #9277 in the NW quarter of Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-1028-001. PRESENT ZONING: Rural Residential 1. Request for Qualifications Engineering Services - Capital Projects Program Royal School District No. 160 Due April 5, 2019, 4:00 p.m. Royal School District No. 160 is requesting qualifications for engineering services from interested firms for capital projects including the Modernization and Addition of the High School and other misc. projects throughout the District beginning in April 2019. Qualification information should be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 5, 2019, to the Royal School District No.160, attn: Greg Pike, 901 Ahlers Rd., Royal City, WA 99357. Interested firms with recent experience in the following disciplines are requested to submit qualifications, separately or together: Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation, Traffic Engineering, Construction Special Inspections and Testing, and Hazardous Material Testing.
