NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON TUESDAY, April 23, 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in Grant County, State of Washington, there will be held a Special Election fro the voters of Warden School District No. 146-161 Proposition No. 1 for the purpose of Capital Levy for Safety, Security and Technology Improvements. WARDEN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 146-161 PROPOSITION NO. 1 CAPITAL LEVY FOR SAFETY, SECURITY AND TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENTS The Board of Directors of Warden School District No. 146-161 adopted Resolution No. 01-18-19, concerning a proposition for a levy for capital improvements. This proposition would authorized the District to levy the following excess taxes, on all taxable property with in the District, to make safety, security and technology improvements (acquiring and installing security cameras, entry/access controls, door lock, other safety and security systems, student and teacher technology devices and other technology equipment and infrastructure): Estimated Levy Rate/$1,000 Collection Year Assessed Value Levy Amount 2020 $0.46 $217,652 2021 $0.46 $219,829 2022 $0.46 $222,027 all as provided in Resolution No. 01-18-19.
