NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF TAX-EXEMPT SPECIAL FUND REVENUE BONDS BY THE WASHINGTON HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AUTHORITY The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on February 27, 2019, at 9:00 a.m., at its office at 410 11th Avenue SE, Suite 201, Olympia, WA 98504, regarding the proposed issuance by the Authority of tax-exempt special fund revenue bonds in an original principal amount not to exceed $16,000,000 (the "Bonds"), to be issued in one or more series as part of a plan of financing. The proceeds of the Bonds will be lent to Moses Lake Community Health Center (the "Borrower"), a Washington nonprofit corporation and an organization described under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, for the purpose of providing part of the funds necessary to finance costs of acquisition, construction, improvement, and equipping of health care facilities owned and/or operated by the Borrower, located at 605 S. Coolidge Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837. The health care facilities to be financed with proceeds of the Bonds are (or upon the completion of construction will be) owned and/or operated by the Borrower. This public notice is published pursuant to the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. All interested persons are invited to attend and testify at this hearing or to submit written comments to the Authority at the above address to be received no later than the time of the hearing. The Authority is committed to providing equal access to individuals with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination against individuals with disabilities.
