NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS COMBINED STORAGE FACILITY - 2018 Moses Lake, Washington Sealed bids will be received at the Civic Center Annex, 321 South Balsam, (P. O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until OCTOBER 24, 2018; 11:00 A.M., for the above-named improvement. Said bids will be opened and publicly read at that time. All bids shall be received before said opening time in sealed envelopes with COMBINED STORAGE FACILITY - 2018 marked plainly thereon. All bids shall be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a postal money order, cashier=s check, or bond in an amount equal to 5 percent of the maximum total amount of the bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract or furnish a satisfactory contract bond within the time stated in the specifications, the deposit shall be forfeited to the City. City of Moses Lake Notice of Application and Optional DNS Western Truck Shop - Moses Lake; WP Real Estate Holding LLC submitted an application on September 26, 2018 for a grading permit to prepare the ground for a 15,000 SF addition to an existing building for the purposes of truck repair at 12238 N Frontage Road NE, parcel 313139000. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on October 2, 2018. The project has been determined to be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan, and the following development regulations are applicable to the project: Moses Lake Municipal Code (MLMC) Title 14: Environmental Regulations, Title 16: Building & Construction, Title 18: Zoning. Environmental review is required for this project. The City of Moses Lake has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for this project. The optional DNS process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be your only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project. No adverse environmental impacts have been identified, so no mitigating conditions have been identified as necessary through SEPA.
