Moses Lake Police Chief Kevin Fuhr speaking at the Moses Lake School District offices on Monday following the arrest of an eighth-grader at Chief Moses Middle School in March. The student was arrested for possessing a handgun, two loaded magazines of ammunition and a list of potential targets. Fuhr has said preventing incidents like could have happened that day is vital to public safety.
